Project Manager
RISE is looking for a Project Manager who is an experienced, energetic and outgoing individual to join their dynamic team. This successful candidate will have knowledge of event design, production, and relationship management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Effectively design, produce and manage corporate and social events
Develop new relationships with venues, planners and strategic partners
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Providing clients with excellent service, satisfaction and increased working partnerships
Generate revenue through budgeting, planning and managing vendor contracts
Outreach to potential clients, event spaces, caterers and independent event planners to introduce company offerings
Establish working relationships; exclusive, preferred status and referrals
Responsible for developing systems for efficiencies in the booking and producing process
Perform other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Develop presentations for client meetings
Event Design
Work closely with fabrication department
Vendor sourcing
Proposal writing
Creating Floor Plans
Onsite Management
Travel expected 10% of the time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Prior Project Management experience of over 5 years
Comprehensive reading and writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with calendar systems
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
Attention to details and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully
