Account Manager

RISE is looking for an Account Manager who will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle. This person will manage ongoing sales pipeline to ensure business objectives are being met. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing, expanding and coordinating new and existing business accounts. They will take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. This person must be a highly motivated self-starter with great organization and customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing and qualifying leads

  • Conducting phone prospecting

  • Setting up appointments

  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals

  • Closing deals

  • Handling various account information

  • Displaying accountability along with desire for personal growth and ownership

  • Performing other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education/experience will be considered

  • Two years sales experience preferably in business to business transactions

  • Internet marketing sales experience preferred

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals

  • Attention to details and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
